My original How's Your Good? Theory is an easy to understand, comprehensive model that displays how the ego-system operates and how it keeps us from accessing our true essence. The theory is grounded in philosophical content from great thinkers such as Plato, Socrates, Kant, Alan Watts, and so many more. It touches on cognitive behavior techniques, conditioning, and ego work.
Learning self-reflection allows you to step back and examine your thoughts, feelings, and motivations. By understanding yourself better you can identify your strengths and weaknesses, values, and goals. This self awareness is crucial for making informed decisions and navigating life's challenges.
